Here is the simple definition of Metabolism: The speed at which your body burns calories. Most extreme diet programs and products do the opposite of what they claim by actually slowing your metabolism down. The truth is YOU are in complete control of your metabolism. You decide how fast or slow your body burns the food you eat.
Eating multiple meals per day and staying active are two of the most important factors in speeding up your metabolism. When you skip breakfast and eat a small lunch there you will most likely be STARVING by dinner time and will overeat. And you won’t make good choices b/c your blood sugar will be low which will cause you to crave comfort foods and carbs. This= excess fat storage.
