Week 9- THE FINAL WEEK!!!

Well, I made it.  9 weeks ago I weighed 140 lbs, and I just stepped on the scale this morning and I now weigh less then 123 :)   So, 17 lbs lost over a 9 week span equals about 2 lbs a week- which is ideal for good health and lasting results.  I had originally stated that I wanted to lose 15 lbs in 6 weeks but I changed my mind because I decided to enjoy myself and have a “cheat” meal once in a while.  It’s up to you whether or not you want to do that.
Anyway, I kept my diet and workouts the same as weeks 7 and 8 because I was still seeing changes at a consistent rate.  You don’t want to change what you’re doing if you are seeing results!

I want to thank everyone for their supportive messages along the way- I hope my weight loss journey has helped some of you to start on yours!  :)

DAY 1 Of My 15 lb Project

OK, it’s time to start my 15 lb weight loss project.

We all go through changes, and recently I went through a period where I gained 15 lbs.  Right now I am 140 lbs and my goal is to get back down to 125.  Rather than doing it myself I wanted to show everyone what exactly I do to lose it because it can be a very confusing process.  So, just keep checking my blogs to see what I do each week as I keep you informed of my diet plan and my workouts.  :)
