Do you hear the word bootcamp and want to run and hide? Don’t be scared. Bootcamp and group workouts are a great change of pace if you are ready to ramp up your workouts. Moving your workout to a group setting gives you a whole new dynamic of training. It is a great way to meet people that have the same mindset as you…to improve fitness and burn a ton of calories!! Exercising with a group is also a great way to feed off of the motivation of others when you are not feeling you best. Typical workouts include body weight exercises like push-ups and sit-ups, as well as plyometric training including squat jumps and the always enjoyable burpees.
